Refund Policy

Quick summary

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have watched less than 10% of the course content. Contact hello@papersolve.org with your order details.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if both of the following conditions are met:

  • Your request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You have watched less than 10%of the course's total video content (measured by our watch progress tracking system)

If you have consumed 10% or more of the content, a refund is not available through the standard process. In exceptional circumstances (technical issues, billing errors, etc.), contact us and we will review your case individually.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@papersolve.org with:

  • Your name and the email address used to sign in
  • The course title and approximate purchase date
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

3. Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • The refund is processed through Paddle (our payment processor) within 5-10 business days
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method
  • Your access to the refunded course is revoked immediately upon refund approval

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Complimentary (free) course access granted by an administrator
  • Wallet credits (these have no cash value and cannot be converted to a refund)
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago, regardless of consumption

5. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If your refund request is approved, you receive a full refund of the purchase price. Access to the course is fully revoked — there is no option to keep partial access at a reduced price.

6. Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests from accounts that show a pattern of repeated purchases and refunds. Refund eligibility is determined by our tracking systems and cannot be circumvented by clearing browser data or using multiple devices.

7. Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, contact us at hello@papersolve.org and we will escalate the review. If you are unable to resolve a dispute with us directly, you may contact Paddle (our merchant of record) or pursue resolution through the consumer protection channels applicable in your jurisdiction.
