Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of PaperSolve.org ("the Platform"), operated by PaperSolve ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.
2. The Service
PaperSolve provides pre-recorded video walkthroughs of IGCSE past paper questions and multiple-choice exam practice modules. Content is delivered online through the Platform. We do not provide live tutoring, guarantee specific exam results, or replace formal education.
3. Accounts
You sign in with your Google account. PaperSolve does not offer password sign-in and never receives your Google password. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use to access PaperSolve. Each account is for a single individual. Sharing login credentials or access with others is not permitted.
To enforce this, an account may have one active session at a time — signing in on a new device signs out the previous one — and we keep a record of the devices an account signs in from, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts involved in unauthorized sharing or redistribution of content.
4. Purchases and Access
Courses are purchased individually as one-time payments. Each purchase grants you access for the duration stated on the course page at the time of purchase. Access begins at the time of purchase and runs continuously regardless of usage.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, and invoice generation. Your payment relationship is with Paddle; their terms apply to payment processing.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect existing purchases.
5. Wallet Credits
The Platform includes a wallet system where credits may be applied to purchases. Credits may be earned through referral programs or issued as administrative adjustments. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and expire if unused when your account is closed.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. In summary: if you have consumed less than 10% of a course's content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at hello@papersolve.org.
7. Intellectual Property
All video content, question materials, exam modules, UI design, and brand elements on the Platform are owned by PaperSolve or licensed to us. Past paper questions may be the property of their respective exam boards; our walkthroughs are original commentary and explanation.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the content for your own educational use during your access period. You may not:
- Record, download, or capture video content by any means
- Share, redistribute, or make content available to others
- Use content for commercial purposes
- Remove or obscure watermarks or identifying information
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or copy protection
Videos you watch display a moving watermark showing your initials and an account code. The code identifies your account to us, so content that is recorded or shared can be traced back to the account it came from.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account or access credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform
- Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
- Submit false information or impersonate others
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PaperSolve's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
PaperSolve does not guarantee specific exam results. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and factors beyond our control.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
